The Hormone Balance Calculator provides an assessment of a user’s potential hormone imbalances based on their reported symptoms and lifestyle factors. The results give an indication of whether hormone levels may be within a healthy range or if further evaluation could be beneficial.
Users are asked for their gender, and this will open up questionnaires based on their gender:

Default Email Responses
Each score range will have its own email response, and what gets sent to the user depends on the calculated score. The email content can be customized when setting up this calculator to match your messaging better.
Score: 0-30 points, balanced hormone health
You report minimal or no symptoms commonly associated with hormonal imbalance. Your current responses reflect a stable internal environment, with few signs of physical or emotional disruption related to hormone shifts. While fluctuations are normal over time, your answers indicate overall hormonal harmony.
Score: 31-60 points, mild imbalance possible
Your responses show a few mild signs that may be connected to subtle hormone changes. These patterns could reflect temporary shifts or early signs of imbalance, which many individuals experience at different life stages. While not disruptive, these symptoms may be worth noting over time.
Score: 61-100, moderate imbalance likely
You are experiencing several symptoms that commonly appear when hormonal systems become less regulated. This pattern could point to moderate hormonal fluctuation affecting areas such as energy, mood, skin, or metabolism. These changes are not uncommon but may begin to impact day-to-day well-being if persistent.
Score: >101 points, significant imbalance likely
Your responses point to a range of symptoms that may be making you feel off — physically, mentally, or emotionally. You may notice shifts in your energy, mood, sleep patterns, or how your body feels and responds throughout the day. These sensations can be frustrating, especially if they’ve become persistent or hard to explain. The variety and intensity of your symptoms suggest that your body may be out of hormonal balance, potentially affecting how you function and feel across multiple areas of life.
