The Personal Life Burnout Calculator is adapted from the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) with adjustments for clinical relevance. It assesses levels of personal exhaustion and burnout based on recent experiences. Users respond to questions about their personal life by selecting answers that best reflect how often they have encountered these situations within the past 30 days.
The calculator will ask the user the following questions:

- How often do you experience tiredness?
- How often are you physically drained?
- How often do you feel worn out?
- How frequently do you experience emotional exhaustion?
- Do you find it challenging to enjoy activities or hobbies you once loved?
- How often do you feel overwhelmed by daily responsibilities (e.g., housework, errands, caregiving)?
- Do you notice yourself withdrawing from friends or family more than usual?
Scoring system
The user's answers to each question are converted into points to determine if they are experiencing burnout in their personal life.

The corresponding points from the user's answers are summed to get the total points. The score range will then tell the user whether they're experiencing a specific range of burnout.
