Similar to the Personal Life Burnout Calculator, the Work Life Burnout Calculator is also adapted from the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) with adjustments for clinical relevance. It assesses levels of work exhaustion and burnout based on recent experiences. Users respond to questions about their work life by selecting answers that best reflect how often they have encountered these situations within the past 30 days.
The user will be asked the following questions:
- Do you feel overwhelmed by your work?
- Is your work emotionally draining?
- Do you feel exhausted at the end of your workday?
- Does your work frustrate you?
- How often do you think, "I can't handle this anymore"?
- Do you find every hour at work to be tiring?
- Are you exhausted in the morning at the thought of another workday?
- Do you struggle to maintain focus or motivation during work tasks?
- Do you feel emotionally detached or indifferent toward your job?
- Do you find it difficult to feel a sense of achievement at work?
